In addition to our standard features, each of our retractable clearspan enclosures can be custom configured to fit your needs with a variety of optional materials and capabilities.

fabric materials & Colors

Our systems come standard with an 18oz. high-tenacity,
impermeable, UV resistant and flame-retardant vinyl shell. Options include the following:

Insulated

Insulated fabric with thermal resistant value R4.5 & R9 (flame-retardant).

Non-insulated

Available with white translucent roof for natural lighting (not available on insulated version).

Colors & Graphics

Standard fabric material colors are black and white, with other color options available if needed. Optional painted or digital graphics available as well on request.

end doors

Our standard roll-up end doors, manually operated by rope, are easy to use and reliable for years of worry-free operation.

We also offer a fully motorized door option should it be required, in addition to a draw curtain-style door option.

curtain & wall separators

Create separate divisions within your covered environment with curtain and wall separators that act as barriers to isolate environments (temperature, sound or visual). Available in insulated or non-insulated fabrics.

pre-assembly option

With our preassembled option, the systems are shipped 90% assembled and ready for final set up. Simply install the rails and tensioning systems. Ask for details.

rail extensions

Optional rail extensions allow the retractable system to roll beyond the covered area.
