Retractable Cover For Steel Rolling Mill Production Line

Chamtech designed & preinstalled this retractable system for the cooling basin at a steel rolling mill. It is designed to limit the amount of water that splashes over the sides of the production line. The water was causing ice build-up on the floor of the plant thus creating unnecessary safety hazards.

This system is made up of 3 modules of variable sizes to suit the customers requirements:
Module #1: 50'2"L x 8'0"H x 10'0"W
Module #2: 19'6"L x 8'0"H x 16'4"W
Module #3: 28'0"L x 8'0"H x 10'0"W
These modules were all adapted to lock together and tension as one unit.

Timber Mills & Drying - Outdoor Kilns

Chamtech retractable tarps provide a weather-proof solution for receiving timbers when the roll out from the kiln into the packaging area. Our retractable tarps protect the dry timbers without the need for a large drive-in building. When the timbers are packaged and ready to be moved, the system is easily retracted to provide 100% access to the timbers.

Cargo Lifter Air Crane

Accudyne Systems, Inc. designed and built the electrical and mechanical systems for CargoLifter's CL75AC, an air crane capable of lifting and transporting 75 tons. As-built systems were integrated into the airframe onsite in Brand, Germany.

Chamtech designed a ready-to-install kit to cover & protect the load frame components from the elements.
